We are currently looking for people who have a passion for coffee and food. Our ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, coachable, responsible, detail-oriented, and dedicated. This individual would also be interested in making a career in the food and beverage industry. Experience as a barista in an independent specialty coffee shop setting is required. 

 

Key job tasks and responsibilities:

• Brewing (drip, espresso, manual pour over)

• Crafting drinks including clean latte art

• Food Prep

• Provide friendly customer service

• Clean and organize work area

• Follows safety and sanitation requirements

• Managing cash register and pour over station simultaneously

• Restocking

• Making sure the shop is clean at all times

 

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Training & Experience in Specialty Coffee

• Read, write and speak English

• Proficient in basic math

• Food Handlers License
